Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great attachment for Monster Lite So glad that I traded my sporting goods store squat rack for a Monster Lite. No only is the quality on this dip attachment top notch, but I love the fact that it compliments my Monster Lite (i.e. saves space).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use attachment 9 months old now and still a staple on my rogue 490-c rack. Comes completely assembled. One single pin to attach it to the rack. It's held up to 2-3 times weekly use. I even found a way to wrap some bands around it so my girlfriend can do band assisted tricep dips. Plenty of room between the two bars and you can adjust how far in or out you are depending on how far in or out you like your elbows. Feels very sturdy. I have never had any issues with it rocking side to side or feeling "weak" like it wound drop me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1 year review It still looks new a year in although I'm the only one that uses it and I treat it well. I use it once every two weeks on average. Of all my Rogue equipment this is the most optional but it is very nice to have and I wouldn't want to go without it. I'm tall and I have to be mindful of the rack's top crossmember but really no issue. Build quality is excellent. I do not bolt my rack down and found it rocks the rack during use unless I attach it inside the rack parallel with the top and bottom cross members; not a problem for me. Attaching band(s) to the top cross member helps with assistance in later sets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy I was afraid these might wobble side to side, but they are rock solid. The diameter of the handles seem to built for average to large hands, so if you have smaller hands it may not be as comfortable for you. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As Advertised Looks good, built well, and I'm already feeling an improvement in my bench press. Body weights dips have increased dramatically. I was doing them between two folding chairs. Reason for the 4 vs 5 star rating is one of the end caps was partially smashed in. It's minor and doesn't effect the apparatus, but takes away aesthetically.
