Good add on
The product is incredibly well made, like all Rogue products. This, as a standalone on a Monster Lite Rack, would not work, as the rack would tip because there is not enough weight to support me (225 lbs). Fortunately, when I bought this, I also purchased the Half Rack addition to my Lite Rack for my bumper plate storage, which makes this work. It is still a little shaky when I use it, so I gave it a 4-star rating, but I would have no hesitation purchasing this again. Easy to store away and is better than buying a standalone dip stand.

Rock Solid
Purchased to put on my Monster Lite rack. Incredibly stable/sturdy. No shaking at all when in use. East to attach and take off, so it’s never in the way.

Solid buuut
This is a solid bit of kit, not going anywhere, just the little things that have let it down a bit. No end cap for one side, although cant fault rogues customer service, they've shipped one no hassle. There's also no UHMW on the inside of the bracket that sits against the rack, just for the price I would expect this as a minimum really, I'll have to get that separately.

A fantastic home gym addition
As expected with Rogue products the build is of the highest standards. I have a monster lite squat rack and the attachment feels sturdy. There is some wobbling with heavy weighted dips but overall I’m very satisfied
