Very expandable - buy the heavy vest
I didn't read the description well enough and should have gotten a heavier vest. I didn't realize that you can add plates....there are tons of pockets and the 8 weight vest comes with 8 14 oz slim weights. Totally expandable but it is much more affordable to buy the heavier vest than to buy the additional weights later. I have room for lots of extra weights.

Too cumbersome to adjust to size
I bought this a while ago and I have been unable to get it to adjust to fit without contortions. The Velcro straps are not long enough and the extensions so not slide through the rings, stopping any attempt to adjust to fit over a jacket or other clothing.
