SUPeRB for tight feet!
I use this nearly every day before my run—really loosens up the plantar fascia and helps with breaking up knots. Better than anything else I’ve tried.

Love it!
Our trainer is a big fan of Rogue equipment. We've tried several pieces but, as soon as we tried this, we had to have it. It gets where nothing else can or has. Happy feet!

Perfect For Feet
You can get lots of different angles and friction with this foot roller. It is hard enough to give perfect pressure. I am sure you could find a "cheaper" one to do the same thing, but still giving it 5 stars because it is perfect and I am a fanboy (and $20...)
