Nike Metcon 6 - Women's
Black / Metallic Silver

The versatile Women's Metcon 6 from Nike is expressly designed to stand up to the push and pull of heavily weighted and high-intensity workouts. With its dual-density drop-in midsole, flat wide heel, and abrasion-resistant haptic topcoat, it delivers consistent stability and durability in a light and breathable construction.

Improved airflow is a standout feature with this model, as the Metcon 6’s reinforced mesh now delivers nearly 18% better breathability than the Metcon 5. Rubber tread on the outsole and up the side of the shoe provides directional traction on the ground + grip for rope climbs, while cushioning foam is firmer under the heel for security on lifts and softer in the forefoot for high-impact moves.

Available here in Black / Metallic Silver. You can check out more colorways in the options menu, or browse additional Nike cross-training shoes here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome shoe I bought these a few months ago and they are the most comfortable trainers I’ve ever had. I’ve had Nano’s and Metcon 2. These had a good feel right out of the box. True fit as well

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nike Romaleos I bought these because they looked so cool. I had a pair of 3’s, but they started squeaking when I would walk. They were only a couple of years old and I had not worn them for a while due to injuries and COVID. The two Velcro straps secure the food and they produce a very stable platform. But, they could be improved using the bola system. It is a pain to lace up the 4’s and then do the straps. Would be much simpler to just turn a knob. I have the bola system on my mountain bike shoes and it works great for well over 6 years. Adidas makes a much more expensive and lighter weight lifting shoe, doesn’t look as cool, but I might buy it today otherwise primarily due to the bola system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of my top shoes Love this shoe in every way, was great for lifting and rope climbs and even moderate distance runs. My only issue is both sets of shoe laces have ripped apart and I can’t use the shoe because it’s too loose. If anyone knows of where I can buy replacement laces for the Fraser Metcon I’d appreciate it lol

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Functional, not comfortable They serve their purpose for good platform for lifting, grip for rope climbs, and are ok to run in. However they are stiff and not very comfortable in my opinion. Several times I’ve had small sharp fibers from the shoe poke the back on my heal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe This is my first pair of "real" Crossfit shoes so I cannot make comparisons but here's what I think. Size seems true to size. I'm a 10 1/2 with wide feet. The 10 1/2 I bought seemed a tad snug on width but stretched out fine and the shoes are quite comfortable. Nothing rubs or pinches. The laces stay laced up fine for me. The mesh upper is very comfortable. Sole is wide, flat and stable. Great for lifts. Fine for short runs but would not want to run for any distance. The inserts fit nice for squats but I generally don't use them. All in all definitely an upgrade from what I was wearing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good cushion for impact movements I needed a shoe with more cushion to absorb impact from box jumps and other high impact movements. The metcons 6 are great for these. No more sore knees.
