The Nike Romaleos 4 SE is a next-level Olympic weightlifting shoe, optimized for efficient power transfer, absolute stability, and a lockdown fit.
This updated design features a supportive midsole and a wide, flat outsole, with adjustable straps over the laces at the midfoot to secure the foot during high-intensity workouts. The substantial heel-to-toe drop reduces the ankle flexion needed at the bottom of a lift, and—combined with the rigid midsole—enables greater explosiveness off the ground.
The wide heel of the Romaleos 4 SE also creates a more stable foundation for heavy lifts, while durable rubber treads provide valuable traction.

Ordered up a size, and they were too long
I ordered these up a size, as suggested because my daughter has wide feet. They were too long, ordered a size 8 instead, and they were perfect. Tried sending these back an CS denied them. I ordered a size 8 from Nike, and they fit perfectly. Would recommend the shoe, and also getting them from Nike. Same price, free returns, less CS hassle.
