The Bluetooth-enabled PowerDot 2.0 Smart Muscle Stimulator is an advanced, go-anywhere tool to help athletes recover faster, perform better, and feel their best. This customizable system comes in two convenient package options - Uno and Duo - with simple snap-on electrode pads, cables, and carrying cases included standard in both.
A USB-rechargeable battery and the intuitive PowerDot mobile app allow users to instantly access their PowerDot whenever they need it, targeting specific muscle groups with clinically proven, pain-free, FDA cleared electronic stimulation. There are 10+ preset muscle recovery & performance programs to choose from, as well as manual settings for users of all skill and experience levels. The PowerDot’s Biphasic Symmetrical Waveform creates a smooth yet powerful contraction, and its magnetic electrode pads enable much quicker set-up and removal.
For customers who already own a PowerDot 2.0, we also offer replacement electrode pads.
When to Change Your Electrode Pads:
PowerDot electrode pads will last for 25 to 30 uses or more depending on the amount of oil on your skin (it's always a good idea to wipe your skin clean prior to use). For optimum performance of your Powerdot Muscle Stimulator make sure your electrode pads are sticky, clean and are functioning properly. Replace your pads when (a) they no longer stick to your skin; (b) if the sticky side is covered in lint; (c) if you notice the recruitment of muscle is starting to diminish or becomes slightly uncomfortable.

I bought this about a month ago and it has been a life saver for me. I've had neck pain pain for over a year. I've seen doctor's, chiropractors, and deep tissue massages etc. They have not helped but have cost me a lot of money. My son told me about Power Dot and let me try his. It was amazing how it helped to take my pain away. It took a high pain and reduced it to a dull low pain that's here and there. I was convinced and bought one myself. I started out using it every day, now I'm using it every other day. It has changed my life. I would highly recommend this. It is worth the money. I wish I would have heard about it earlier, it would of saved me a lot of money.

This thing works!
I bought this a little over a month ago, and am so happy that I did. I had a lingering pain in my shoulder, to the point where it was impacting my performance in the gym, impacting how I slept at night, and even to the point where I was pursuing surgery/physical therapy.
I had a friend recommend this product to me, and I kid you not, after a week of using it, my shoulder pain is nearly gone.
One of the best investments I’ve made for myself, and a great addition to my gym. I love the versatility of this thing. You can have it give you a full blown workout, or you can have it give you a relaxing massage.
Love it. It’s expensive, but it’s totally worth it in my opinion.
