Rogue Adjustable Monolift – Monster Lite

The Rogue Adjustable Monolift attachment is a great cost-efficient alternative to expensive, full-scale monolift units, giving athletes a way to perform heavy-weight squats and other lifts without having to walk the bar out from the rack.

Sold in pairs, this version of the Monolift system is designed for use with 3x3" Monster Lite racks and rigs, but can also be easily retro-fitted for the 2x3" Infinity Series. Once set up, the Monolift's redesigned, J-Cup-style pin system allows for easier height adjustments and quicker transfers from one athlete to the next. We’ve also reduced the overall size of the brackets and added new UHMW plastic liners to better protect the bar’s knurl and finish.

Each Adjustable Monolift set includes a pair of rack-mounted brackets with 0.75" thick steel jaw hooks. These hooks are built with special counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the Monolift, the hooks will swing several inches back toward the rack and stay there. This clears up enough extra space to go straight into your workout, and also enables safe re-racking, as the slanted angle of the unloaded hooks makes it easy to guide the bar in, swinging the Monolift back into its original position. A pair of 0.625" hitch pins is also included in every order to lock the unit into place and prevent any unwanted swinging out.

Height adjustments can be made in increments as small as 1", and with Rogue’s unique design—featuring a “backstop” bolt above each primary hook bolt—the Monolift cannot move further away from the rack while the user is setting up. This feature is not found on comparable attachments on the market.

Please Note: While the Rogue Monolift Attachment can be safe for solo use, it’s always recommended to have spotters available for heavier lifts. Rogue also highly recommends mounting the Monolift to a rack or rig that’s securely fastened to the floor and/or wall.

*Infinity Series Retro-Fit Kit: Owners of an Infinity rig or rack can add this kit to their order via the column on the right. It includes 4 UHMW plastic pieces and 8 screws to secure the plastic to the clasp of each unit.

Great supplemental piece
I bought the mono lifts to use exclusively for the bench press. Being a reverse grip lifter, the monolifts allow me to get perfectly under the bar and just focus on the movement. No more unsafe un-racking from behind my movement plane. My lifts have soared from 225x20 to 275x20 because I’m not wasting any energy trying to un-rack the bar at a weird angle. Using monolifts in tandem with spotter arms is a must if benching alone. Get these y’all! I’m benching like I’m a kid again!

Helped my bench
Like for bench presses. Thought I’d use for squats but I don’t feel like I get enough clearance with low bar squats

Rogue quality
I bought the monolift attachment about 2 months ago. I've been using it mostly for bench press. Great quality and indestructible construction as all the other Rogue products I have. The only downside is that the rod that inserts into the rack is very high meaning that I have to put it above the Westside spacing when benching so you lose that feature.

BENCH PR 1ST TRY!!
Been lifting 4 years now and stuck at bench 230s for 6 months now. Weight is only in the 150s and I'm NOW benching in 240's in 1 day thanks to what I'm calling a "perfect handoff "!!! Unless you've used this device before you never experienced a "perfect" hand off in bench press....that is unless you hired the Roc, Mountain etc. to hover the bar over your chest and when you slowly apply pressure upwards to the bar he lets go slowly and only at the exact moment you're supporting it fully he then lets go the rest...then no..YOU NEVER had this "perfect " experience. Like bending the bar in deadlift pushing up until the hooks swing away naturally is just like that. It's an amazing feeling and was unexpected! I spent so little energy "unracking" that I easily blew past a 6 month bench plateau on a rest day just cause I wanted to try this device! ! My shoulder blades were tucked in a way that would not be possible without this or a poorly performed (in comparison) hand off. Also NO SHOULDER PAIN from unracking over 1.5x bodyweight! This is just day 1, off the UPS truck a few hours ago!! Squatting next....expecting great results too! FIRST IMPRESSIONS 1. Adjust both sets of bolts as needed. There is no need for loud banging noises every time unracking. 2. This does use holes about 6 higher than the sandwich j cups so plan accordingly for squatting etc. 3. Fits axle, branch, beam, Swiss bars etc. Just take extra care Re racking. Also amazing with chained bench press since not dragging laterally across the floor upon un racking. 4. Can place golf head covers on arms to protect them and you! 5. WAY CHEAPER than shoulder surgery so think of it as a preventative medically necessary purchase so doctor's orders...BUY THE MONOLIFT NOW :-) THIS THING IS AMAZING!!

Love it. Rogue Stickers are peeling.
This monolift is great. My only request is to have some replacement stickers sent as mine are peeling a bit.

Work as expected
I had been debating buying these for some time. Then I bought a Duffalo bar, but using regular j-cups in the power rack, there was not room to put my hands between the cups and the collars on the bar. I had always squated with my hands in tight, but the entire purchase of the Duffalo bar was for should relief and in order to get full benefit of the bar's camber, I needed to get my hands out further; thus my reason for finally oulling the trigger on the monolifts. Now that I have them - I love them! Highly recommend. And yes, the cup area is narrow enough for me to get my hands between the cups and the bar collars - so I am very happy!

Mobility + Saving My Shoulders = Awesome
I use this mainly for bench pressing, and it's fantastic for letting me get the bar over my shoulders. I was starting to get pain in my shoulders unracking the bar. It's very useful for banded squats and bench, as well.

Solid, heavy duty, works a treat
I bought this a few months ago having waited a few months for them to come back in stock in the European store. It was absolutely worth the wait. I mainly use this for bench press as I don’t mind walking the bar out for squats. Being able to use this for bench press has really helped my shoulders and elbows now I no longer need to lift the bar off J cups in a sub optimal angle. Build quality is as excellent as you most likely already expect with Rogue, but if you’ve not purchased Rogue kit in the past, you will not be disappointed with the quality of this. It’s heavy thick steel, the welds are very good and the arms do not hit the lock pins when they swing back as some other are reported to. I use this in my 30” depth monster lite 390BT rack. The one down side is you need to remove this to do squats in the rack as it uses up a lot of the depth in the rack. However that’s not the fault of the kit, just part of owning a 30” depth rack. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a safer way to bench without putting unnecessary strain on their shoulders. Excellent piece of kit.
