Monster Lite Spotter Arms

Compatible with all Monster Lite racks, Rogue’s heavy-duty 24” Safety Spotter Arms are designed to protect both the weightlifter and the bar itself.

When adding spotter arms to an existing rack, dependability is always the optimum word-- particularly for athletes training alone in a home gym or garage gym . This is why Rogue manufactures its Monster Lite Spotter Arms from 3x3" 11-Gauge Steel tubing, with welded-on end-plates for additional safety and specially designed hitch-pins to lock the spotters in place.  The arms feature a UHMW plastic insert on top to protect  the knurling of your bars.

Like all products in the Monster Lite line, these spotters feature 5/8” holes and a 5/8” pin, rather than the 1” varieties of the standard Monster Spotter Arms.

Monster Lite Spotter Arms Specifications:

  • Sold in Pairs
  • Steel: 3x3" 11-Gauge Steel tubing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock solid Built like a tank... Wasn't expecting them to be so big and well built. Wasn't sure if they were long enough for squats... Plenty long for squats.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome They add a whole new dimension to my RML-3 rack and am so happy I bought them. The are strong, sturdy, and work great. My only complaint is that there is no padding where it attaches to the rack; so, its been scrapping my black power coating away slowly but surely. I'm going to buy some really thin neoprene and glue it on to help stop that scraping. I'm not that worries about it, I just like the way the power coating looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just typical.... Have you guys ever made rack product I couldn't park my truck on? As usual, over engineered and thats why I'll buy nothing but Rogue. Something about using your equipment just builds confidence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect The screws that fastened the plastic piece to the metal arm that the bar would rest on after failure was cross threaded, as a result the plastic isn’t secure and gaps. Aesthetically irritating, functionally okay, still alive to write this review. Didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of an exchange.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong and Sturdy I'm glad I bought these, they add a whole new dynamic to my workouts. It's especially awesome not having to adjust my safety straps inside the rack between squats and bench and presses, etc.. I do think it would be cool if Rogue would add some attachments like a leg bar that goes across the middle for lat pull downs, etc. Great product every body with a home gym should invest!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy lifting without risk of safety Lifting is a personal experience for me and these safety arms allow me to push to failure without concern for myself getting injured. Yes with the shipping cost these arms are expensive but I think its totally worth it. I currently have the RML-3W and I am loving it.
