It works and totally overbuilt
I needed this for my garage gym to accommodate floors sloped towards a center drain. The level to which it is overbuilt makes it fun to put together. My one complaint is that it needs slide on rubber feet that the welded bench had. Because the floor isn’t level a high spot will cause the bench to rock even when it’s been tightened up in place. I glued 2x2 1/8 inch rubber squares in place which solved the problem.

The bench.
To be honest, I'd bought the bench just for style. All my gear were Rogue and I had my old bench, you know, the cheap one, but hey, a bench is a bench, no?
No.
I'm bad at bench press. I quickly assemble the Rogue bench, it is heavy. I lie on it. it is firm. I grab the barbell... I feel stronger!
Right weight, right size, firm and stable.
Bam! New PR !
And it looks so good.
Sometimes a bench is not just a bench...

Perfect for our basement gym
We have had this bench for about a month (great Father's Day present) and are very happy. I am a casual lifter and enjoy the quality and feel of the bench. The pad is a little wider than I am used to, but I like that it is both firm and comfortable. Also purchased the wall mounted bench/rower hanger to save some floor space in our relatively small basement gym.

Ideal for garage gym
I bought this bench about a year ago for my garage gym. As others have mentioned, it works as advertised regarding setting it in place where it will be used and then to tighten. Once tightened, it has been rock solid and as well made as other Rogue products. Good length and height for the bench pressing I've been doing.

Great Becnch!
This bench is great if your floor is not 100% level. Simply put in place then tighten the bolts. Super sturdy!!!
