Rogue Deadlift Platform
Work on Pulling Heavy Things Faster

Speed work is an essential component of any strength program, and a dependable platform can build the literal foundation for it. The 8' x 4' Rogue Deadlift Platform features a 2x2" 11-Gauge Steel frame. This design allows for safe band use outside of a power rack without having to bolt the platform to the floor (our standard Oly Platform, by comparison, requires bolting to the ground for band work).

Customers can quickly assemble the Rogue Deadlift Platform thanks to a bolt-together design and laser-cut / precision-bent gussets. The provided band pegs are extra long to work with longer specialty barbells in addition to standard barbells, and a set of floor clips are included to secure each end of the platform to the ground.

There are several flooring options for this platform:

  • Rubber Tiles: An 8 Pack of 24x24x1.5" Rubber Tiles is available with this product.
  • Combination of Plywood and Stall Mats: Lay 1 full sheet of 3/4" plywood down as the base. Cut two 2' wide strips of stall mat and one 4x4' piece of 3/4" plywood to be used as a top layer.
  • No Flooring

Optional Upgrade - Custom Built Wood Insert Set

To help create and sustain a more level surface when using the floor plates, we’re now offering an optional upgrade with a set of (3) pieces of radiata pine plywood, which can be inserted between the steel floor plates. Two of the wood pieces are 47.5” x 27.5” x .375” thick, and the third (middle) piece is 47.5” x 31.75” x .375”. Once the wood pieces are inserted between the slats, customers should still use rubber tiles or stall mats as their lifting surface.

A great company that stands behind their product!
I purchased the deadlift platform and the tiles were loose in the middle affecting the way the bar would sit and land as well as not good feel on the feet. I reached out to rogue with a simple question of why and they were on it. Getting measurements and letting me know that was not acceptable and they shipped out new tiles to make us whole. Thank you Rogue and especially Bella B for the consistent follow up!

Top notch investment!
I recently bought this regular deadlift platform with the wood and the smooth tiles and had used a few before so knew I would love it. It holds true, don’t regret it one single bit! Read a bunch of reviews etc online about the tiles not fitting flush and found it to be the exact same situation when I first put it together no matter how I manipulated them. Had an idea to turn all the nuts and bolts around so the nut portion was inside the platform instead of the head. WORKED PERFECTLY!!! So anyone having the same issue give it a shot, your tiles will sit flush perfectly. It did take some stomping and you want to fill the tiles from the outside to the middle of the platform but it will solve this issue!

Deadlift Platform
It works great. Its another luxury item in my opinion but I was fighting off the vid at the time. So, I bought it. Nice rubber tiles, there is a slight gap but you can counter it by pushing the tiles tighter together on the gaps you don't want. I tried to save money by buying the wood inserts at the time at a local hardware store, that didn't work out. It costed over $200 to get it . So, if you are thinking about getting the wood inserts, $55 is not bad. I don't know what the shipping would add. It absolutely is more quite than doing deadlifts on a concrete garage floor. The only complaint I have is that gets dirty quick, especially if you are using chalk. A mop or swifter takes care of that problem. The band bars work great also when doing dead lifts, although the 100 pound bands are hard to stretch out, I have been using the 50 lb. bands. If you got the cash its not a bad investment and adds some awesomeness to your home gym. I think it also protects your bumper plates from getting dented. I have some dents on my plates I think from doing them on the concrete garage floor.

Nice well built piece. Great size
Great product. I purchased frame only and used plywood and subfloor and left over rubber flooring for sides with a half plywood sheet insert. To put logo on I had a metal cut out and burnt it on then sealed with poly urethane. This is the first piece that catches the eye when entering our facility. Great addition

Straight forward and built to last
While some people will think a DIY deadlift platform is good enough, the Rogue Deadlift Platform will level up your gym to give it a professional powerlifting gym feel. From a practical standpoint, it provides a designated space that is clearly marked for deadlifting, has a professional clean look, and if you get the 1.5" tiles, it deadens the sound of drops considerably more than stall mats. I got the smooth tiles and it has a waffle pattern on the back side, the top surface texture is clean and not slick at all.
