*Warranty against failure does not cover any ball which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, or alteration by the user. International customers will be responsible for replacement shipping. 

NOTE: Negligent use includes slamming of the ball on an abrasive surface. THIS WILL DAMAGE THE SHELL and is not covered under warranty. Please ensure the floor space being used features a smooth surface and is clear of debris. If the ball seems to have lost air, simply pump the ball back up using a standard ball pump.
