Rogue Echo Gym Timer

The standard Echo Gym Timer delivers a single-sided, crystal clear LED display, convenient remote control access, and dozens of pre-set and programmable interval settings for a truly customized experience. The timer can be mounted to a wall or paired with an Echo Floor Stand*. A Two-Sided version of the Echo Gym Timer of the Echo Gym Timer is also available.

Measuring 25.25" x 7.75", the Echo Gym Timer display screen shows the time in red and the number of rounds in green, with bright 4” high numbers that can be seen from several hundred meters away. This makes it easy for a coach, trainer, or gym owner to program the timer for large groups of athletes to use simultaneously.

You can save up to 10 custom programs on the timer at any given time, and the included remote allows individuals to pause, mute or reprogram the device right from their work station. Change the number of rounds, length of rest, and length of work as you see fit, or adjust from a countdown to a count-up option. There are even several unique preset modes available to jump right into, including the Tabata Timer and “Fight Gone Bad” Timer.

*Important: The Echo Floor Stand is also available for individual purchase. If ordering a Floor Stand for an existing timer, however, please note that any single-sided Echo Gym Timer must have screw holes on each side in order to mount to the floor stand. While all currently available Echo timers have these holes, an older version may not.

Expensive, known issue without solution, regret
90% of my home gym is Rogue with typical high quality. This $290 clock/timer is awful, unstoppable irritating beeping and glitching screen. No solution, no apology, still being sold. Please do not purchase!

We sincerely apologize for any lack of support when you contacted us. We are reviewing this now. We are also having our warranty team take another look at what options we have for a timer outside of warranty.

$290/year…expensive timer only lasts a year
I purchased this clock/timer just about a year ago. And it died. It didn’t fall off the wall or anything crazy. It just flat out died. Chirping and beeping and flashing. But no way it’s staying up in my garage gym with that awful noise! For $290!? C’mon Rogue, you are better than this!

We're sorry to hear of any issues with your Echo Gym Timer. Our warranty team is looking into this with you and it sounds like a new power cord will resolve this.

Update Please
Please make a clock with Bluetooth capabilities the size of this clock. Gymnext makes a great clock with amazing functionality but it’s a little small for an affiliate. The hand held remote is dated and easy to lose, misplace or a coach walk out with by mistake. Bluetooth with rogue app please!

This clock is perfect at the gym. Big enough for all to see and hear. It has multiple settings for all kinds of workouts and is exactly what we needed!! Great product!

Great clock/ timer but features don’t last
I bought my clock Feb 2020 and two months later the beeping features stopped working. I just didn’t take the time to send it back because I had a lot going on at the time so missed the warrenty window. So, I just use the clock & features for what it is. After reading reviews I’ll try to swap the cord or adapter to see if I can get it to beep/ count down my workouts

2 year “blink and beep” issue fix
I too had the same issue of the timer “quitting” just as the warranty expired. However, I was able to fix it. There are 8 screws, 4 on each corner of the clock. Remove the screws and slide the ends off. Slide out the back panel. I did two things from here. 1- replace the watch battery. It was a CR 2032. 2- from the right side (still on the back) to the left, I disconnected the set of wires connecting the first two panels. Plug the clock back in. Unplug the clock and reconnect the wires. Now disconnect the second set of wires and plug the clock in. Unplug and reconnect. Not reconnect the wires and plug the clock back in. Mine seems to be working fine now. The warranty was expired, so why not explore a bit.
Yes, I recommend this product

A timer with a timer of its own.
My first one lasted just over 3 years and stopped working. Support couldn’t offer any solutions. I bought a second one but used the original cord, to find it was the power plug, not the timer, that I had already thrown away. Shouldn’t have bought a second one but that’s my bad.
