The Rogue HD Bar Jack is a heavy-duty, uniquely portable adaptation of our standard Deadlift Bar Jack. This design not only enables powerlifters to load and unload the barbell from a stable, elevated position, but also includes a set of six embossed wheels for quickly rolling the bar from a loading area to a lifting area—no matter how much weight has been added. Each wheel measures 72MM in diameter and includes a bearing and two bushings, ensuring a smooth, consistent roll even when moving the unit around angles.

The Rogue HD Bar Jack is a heavy-duty, uniquely portable adaptation of our standard Deadlift Bar Jack. - Set-Up Info: 0.5" hardware for bolting on the wheels and connecting the crossmember to the end plates. The handle is held in place using 0.375" hardware. The UHMW plastic sandwiches the end plates using 0.25" hardware.

Wheeled Barbell Jack
The HD Bar Jack is one of the few barbell jacks in the industry built with wheels for free-range maneuverability within a training space. The advantage of this design is clear, as a powerlifter can fully load a bar to the desired weight direct from a plate rack, then move the loaded bar into a separate area for the lift. This requires a strong set of wheels, so we placed three on each side, measuring 72MM in diameter and equipped with a bearing and two bushings each. The 3-wheel stack-up allows the HD Bar Jack to roll smoothly in both the loaded position (using the two front wheels) or the unloaded position (using the back wheels).
Easier, Safer Way to Load a Bar
The central purpose of a bar jack, of course, is take the pain out of loading and unloading the barbell for deads and other lifts that start from the ground. Just prop the jack under the bar, pull the handle back to elevate, and slide on more weight just like you would if the bar was racked.
Heavy-Duty Rogue Construction
The HD Bar Jack is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, using materials up to the task of heavy-weight, competition-level powerlifting. The unit’s crossmember is made from 4"x2" 11-gauge steel tubing, and connects to a pair of 0.375" thick laser-cut steel endplates. The vertical portion of the 36” long T-shaped handle goes directly through the crossmember for maximum stability, and is made from schedule 40 pipe. The 14" horizontal top portion of the handle is constructed from 1" solid round steel, and includes a rubberized grip.

UHMW Protective Plastic
Another key feature of the HD Bar Jack is the use of a 0.5" thick UHMW plastic lining within the cups where the barbell rests. This plastic ensures that the bar shaft will never come into metal-to-metal contact that could potentially damage the knurl—an important layer of protection, especially with the heavier weights this jack will be picking up.
