This mat is exactly what I needed to do the romwod routines consistently. Well made, easy to use, comfortable and a perfect size.

Use it for kettlebell & hiit workouts, works like a charm - easy to clean as it doesn’t absorb sweat. Great size. Only critique is that is gets slick on hands and feet when you’re sweating

I purchased this mat because of its size, but never really realized how thick it is once you roll it up, it takes a lot of space even when stored; once laid out is pretty good, thick and comfortable. I do a mix of weight based workouts and yoga, was hoping for one mat to rule them all… however when my hands or feet are sweaty I slide down, making it very hard to do yoga poses or even hold for stretches after a workout, so I give it 2 stars

This is quite possibly the greatest piece of equipment I bought for the pandemic. You can put it on a driveway, the top of a parking garage, a flat surface in the park, in your basement. You can jump rope on it, Turkish getups, push-ups, burpees, anything. I would give it six stars out of five if it were 6 in longer and 6 in wider. I'm a 6 ft tall person and I just need a little more space for the Turkish get up.

Your first thought is probably similar to what mine was: Why on earth is it $70? I’ve had this mat for a full year. In that time, I’ve toted it all over my house, used it for stretches, practicing kicks (Taekwondo), left heavy dumbbells on it for days on end, etc. It’s shown no signs of wear or of the foam flattening. None. I can tell I will have this mat literally for years to come. It’s comfortable, yet extremely supportive. Do I have any criticisms at all? I tried to think of some, but I really don’t think I have any. “You get what you pay for” isn’t always correct these days - But in this particular case, it still holds very much true.

I have been using this mat for a month to do core workouts, hiit and a little bit of strength training with apple fitness + and its the best. I have had over 4 types of mats previously and either ther where too small or to slippery or not thick enough. With this one my knees never hurt and jumping is so soft. I have bough the grey one and black one and they are amazing. Super easy to clean and to roll up, best mat so far and i also like that it is wider than regular mats that allow for a greater movement.

Feels and looks great quality. It is nice and thick yet firm unlike a yoga mat which I was deciding between buying. It is also larger than most yoga mats, so it is more roomy for my ab and floor work outs. Thanks.
