Amazing Quality
I have been using this mat for a month to do core workouts, hiit and a little bit of strength training with apple fitness + and its the best. I have had over 4 types of mats previously and either ther where too small or to slippery or not thick enough. With this one my knees never hurt and jumping is so soft. I have bough the grey one and black one and they are amazing. Super easy to clean and to roll up, best mat so far and i also like that it is wider than regular mats that allow for a greater movement.

The best mat I ever had
The best mat I ever had, I can use it daily to start my mobility training routine and some of the basics workouts like planks, push ups, etc… plus the fact that it is big and cushioned

save your money
Doesn't lie flat at all when you want it flat.
Doesn't come with a storage band so it doesn't stay rolled when you want it rolled.
If you want to do plyo pushups on this i hope you have a good dental plan. The bottom foam is not grippy at all. I got this to use on tile and it slides around like ice.
overall a premium price for a bargain product - not worth the rogue branding

Not the Same Quality as It used to be
I have used one of these before and it was much better before. They much have switch manufactures and the quality is not the same. It does not lay perfectly flat when you roll it out.

Chemical Odor is Unpleasant
Good quality mat, but the odor is something else! I've left it outside a few days to see if the smell would go away - unfortunately, not yet. Wish there was some way to speed the deodorizing process.

Comfortable, convenient
I use my mat on a carpet. The cushioning is great. There's no pain when I kneel on it. Also, it rolls up easily for storage. I don't need to hold it together; I just roll it loosely and stand it on edge.

Love it!
My gym had these mats and I loved them so much I got one for myself. It's better than a yoga mat for stretching because it's wider and it's grippier. It also holds up great to wear and tear.

GOAT Mat
There is room in the universe for two GOAT mats and this is one of them. I’ve had two for a few years now and they are still going strong. Used in garage, hardwood, patio, and carpeted floors, no issues with slippage and the support for kneeling or jumping is in the sweetspot, practically perfect. I’ve used them for everything from box jump support in the winter garage, to dumbbell workouts in the house, to yoga and stretching an activities. I’m convinced this would be great camping, but not taking the chance to ruin it.
