The Rogue LM-1P is a dual-purpose training tool designed for both landmine and cable machine work. Made in the USA, this non-welded variation of our full steel Parallel Landmine Handle is built from lightweight aluminum or heavy-duty steel and finished in our durable texture black powder coat. It includes a built-in stainless steel clevis for cable compatibility, while an acetal sleeve insert protects your barbell sleeve during landmine movements. The offset frame design helps maximize usable loadable sleeve space.

CABLE AND LANDMINE FUNCTIONALITY

The LM-1P adds to our cable and landmine handle lineup, and is built for multi-purpose use, integrating seamlessly with both standard Olympic barbells and cable machines. Its offset frame is optimized for landmine rows and includes a built-in stainless steel clevis for quick transitions to lat pulldowns, low rows, and other cable-based movements. An integrated acetal bushing protects your barbell sleeve by eliminating metal-on-metal contact during landmine work, while also maximizing loadable sleeve space. Whether you opt for the lightweight aluminum frame or the heavier-duty steel version, the LM-1P is designed to handle high-volume training in any setting. 

PRECISION KNURLED GRIP

The LM-1P is available with your choice of 32MM or 45MM diameter knurled aluminum handles, each measuring 5" in length. Both options feature the same knurling pattern used on the Rogue Ohio Bar, delivering a secure, consistent grip across all pulling movements—landmine rows, cable rows, pulldowns, and more.
