The Rogue Monster Grip Triangle is our version of the old school row handle. We beefed it up a bit (a lot actually!) with laser cut steel plate. Hook it to a cable machine or use a carabiner to attach it to a pull-up bar or barbell.
Rogue's Grip Triangles can be used with the Rogue Monster Lat Pull Down / Low Row machine and other comparable cable systems.
Warning: Lat pulldown machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.

It is a monster!
I just received this triangle on 04/21/2023. Used it today at the gym for the first time. Seated cable rows and lat pull downs. I have been using Maximum Advantage Grip bars for years. Narrow and wide. This is a tremendous addition to those bars in developing a well rounded back. I felt they worked my lower lats better and the outer edge of my lats. I am excited to see how they help me longer term.
The shipping was very fast. I can never say enough good things about all the Rogue products I have purchase over the years. Great company!

Solid Built and great to work on forearm strength!
This is the biggest triangle I purchased for my home gym! The fat grip is very useful to build my forearm strength. It is also heavy and great for my regular gym routines! This is why I love Rogue Products as they really thought about the usefulness of each item and their versatility! Thank you Rogue team as I am ordering more Rogue products as we speak! Haha

Absolutely love the monster grip on this triangle. Lights my forearms up. Would definitely recommend it to anyone whose looking to improve grip strength and forearms. On a side note I wish rouge would include some stickers when you purchase items lol. If they even have them. Great product, reasonably priced, and well built!

It’s a game changer!
With the Rouge Monster Triangle Grip it’s a real game changer for my home gym. Unlike other triangle grips this one has a little more weight to it which causes you to pull a little harder on the grip which build more strength in the long run.

Better than expected!
It's bigger and sturdier than I thought. The handles are thick making them awesome for grip training. I've already experienced added development in my back and biceps. This tool provides fantastic pull up work.

Too large for Monster Lat Pulldown
The attachment feels good in the hands and is well-machined, but it is too tall to use with my Monster Lat Pulldown. In other words, when attached, the handle hangs too low, preventing taller clients from fully straightening their arms before the weight stack touches. Individuals who are tall or have long arms will not be able to achieve full ROM on a lat pulldown.

Way too big
I decided to keep this but wouldn’t order it again. This thing is massive. I can only imagine it’s an appropriate size for hafthor. I don’t understand the purpose of its size, for bent over rows it’s size requires me to alter my stance. Would return but after shipping prob be easier to sell second hand
