Rogue Machined Olympic Plates

Available here in a unique gray hammertone finish with raised black text, Rogue’s Machined Olympic Plates offer greater precision than many comparable steel plates in the industry.

Sold in pairs or as a complete 245LB set, these time-tested cast iron plates range from 2.5LB up to 45LB, with custom orders available to equip your affiliate or home gym as needed.

Classic steel Olympic plates are still the gold standard for many serious lifters, and quality machining can mean the difference between a PR and a near miss.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent plates I brought these since my gym is now closed cause of the pandemic. Well made and slides in perfectly with the fat grip dumbbell handles I purchased from Watson

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The plates are fine but the service.. Plates are plates and these plates are calibrated. Their tolerances seem tight. Their color is not uniform and one has a chunk or divot missing. That missing chunk must have occurred during the manufacturing process because it beveled and the painted over. Unfortunately the shipping boxes and protective materials did not survive the journey. A problem I have not seen before with any of my previous Rogues purchases. I bought ten 45 lbs plates and eight of them were completely loose from their box. The UPS driver recounted that one slipped out of the box and fell on her foot. Obviously all of this left blemishes on the plates. Additionally the customer service was less than satisfactory. I intended to buy two or three pairs. Unfortunately the Rogue app on IOS was giving me a lot of grief and I mistakenly bought five pairs! Within one hour of the purchase I contacted Rogue over the site's messenger and was told by a representative that it would be taken care of. The next day all five pairs shipped. I have recently spent a lot of money on Rogue products and never had an issue until this order. I don't have the space, nor do I want to take the time to patch up the terrible packaging these plates came in, so I kept them. I still recommend Rogue products. I still recommend these plates but that's my honest assessment of this order.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from cosmetic imperfections, but good quality some cosmetic issues on delivery on a few of my plates, bubbling around the lettering to the point it was level with the letters, some letters not painted well. That said, slides on sleeves well and all plates are within weight tolerances. Just expecting more cosmetically when spending this much on plates. Have ordered a pair of 2.5, pair of 5, two pair of 10, pair of 10, and currently waiting for 45's to come in stock.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good 4/5 stars because of minor cosmetic issues. Dings here and there, some bubbles, and the coating is already scraping off in some areas 2 months in. Still, they fit the barbell snug and are within the stated threshold. So if accuracy is your main concern, it's worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Every Penny All the 45’s are well within the 2% threshold. They look even better in person. I almost went with calibrated but I’m so happy I got these instead. Something about deep dish iron that makes you feel good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Plates! I purchased 555 lbs worth of these plates and they are so worth it! I prefer the old school look and sound on steel plates. They look awesome and feel great. The coating is a little inconsistent on some plates (darker/lighter in color) but nothing too crazy. Overall great quality plates and they actually weigh what they are supposed to weigh.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Plate I put together a home gym in my basement. I originally bought some un-milled castings leaving a 3 degree draft angle on the plate and a loose tolerance hole. Sold them so I could buy these beauties. They are perfect! They don’t smell like rubber and the edges are flat so when doing deadlift they don’t lean in/out. If you can afford them, I highly recommend.
