“Mini” Monster Bands
The thinnest, lower-resistance Monster Bands are best for pull-up assistance, general conditioning, rehabilitation, jumping, speed training, and beginner / light weight training. Mini bands can safely raise the intensity of a weightlifting movement without adding additional weights to a bar. For the stronger lifter, they will also add considerable resistance to bicep and tricep exercises.

Light to Average Monster Bands
These mid-level bands can be used by stronger benchers, as well as for banded squats and other exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Our green and black Monster Bands are also good options for mobility and stretching.

Tricky to use
I bought the pull-up pack with the purple, black, and green bands. They seem to be of good quality but the purple and black bands are difficult to use...for pull-ups. They are very strong yet are only about 41ish inches if I recall correctly. So you have to stand on something so you can get your knees or foot into it and do some pull-ups. The thick ones are so strong that it was challenging to keep my feet from rubber banding up in front of me. So for goodness sake be careful!

Best quality and very versatile
I have had one of their monster bands for years and it's still holding strong. This batch so far have held up to all sorts of tests. Adds a great deal of versatility to what I can do at home.

Start Breaking Down After a Few Years
I bought these in late 2020 as that was what was available during the pandemic. After a few years of regular use, my orange bands have started to break down to a point where I need new ones. My red bands and blue bands have minimal peeling/dings. My black bands look brand new. I will be purchasing more orange bands because I like them enough, but please be aware that these do wear down eventually.

Bought the Pull up pack 2 and couldn't be happier. Great value for some high quality bands. Not all bands are created equal. Will be adding more as we build out our home gym more. Highly recommend!

Black band has WAY more resistance than listed.
Got the black 100lb band to use with assisted chin ups. I am 200lbs and it barely stretches 1-2 inches with me standing on it at a single fixed point, It is also hung at a single fixed point. It’s like trying to stretch a truck tire, defective or intended? Customer service says intended. I dunno but it’s useless.
