Rogue’s exclusive PowerBlock Cart is specifically designed for storing and transporting full sets of PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells, including the Commercial, Classic Elite Series, and EXP models available from Rogue.
Weighing in at 132.5 LBS unloaded, this compact but powerful storage rack features 2x2” 11-gauge steel legs, (2) 7-gauge steel shelves, and (4) heavy-duty casters each rated at a 300+ LB weight capacity. This gives the Rogue PowerBlock Cart a total capacity of well over 1,000 LBS, enough to easily hold and smoothly transport full sets of PowerBlocks along with additional gear/accessories placed on the bottom shelf.
A set of caster brakes ensures the stability of the unit when “parked,” and a protective rubber layer on the top shelf helps prevent any sliding or potentially damaging metal-to-metal contact with the dumbbells. The angled design of that upper shelf also makes adjusting and pulling the blocks off the cart a bit more user-friendly.
Important: Because the PowerBlock Cart ships disassembled, some user assembly is required. The unit utilizes 1/2" and 5/8" hardware, so a 9/16" wrench/socket and 15/16" wrench/socket will be needed for assembly.

Quality Rogue Construction
These carts are manufactured in the USA (using imported casters) by Rogue Fitness, and are designed specifically for transporting full sets of the Commercial, Classic Elite Series, or EXP PowerBlock Dumbbells, with extra storage available on the bottom shelf for other gear/accessories. The legs are made from 2x2” 11-gauge steel, and the two shelves are both 7-gauge steel. The primary slanted shelf features inside dimensions of 28" wide x 21.75" deep, making it compatible with even the largest 175 LB set of PowerBlocks. All units include an MG Black powdercoat finish and laser-cut Rogue branding on the front lip.
Heavy-Duty Casters
The four casters on the PowerBlock Cart are each rated for 300LBs, meaning the cart has a total weight capacity of 1,000+ LBS. The industrial-strength wheels allow the cart to be rolled, fully loaded, from one end of a gym to another for optimal speed and efficiency. Two of the four casters also have a built-in brake included to keep the cart in place as needed.
Easy Access, Protective Surface
The angled top shelf of the PowerBlock Cart enables easy grab-and-go convenience. It also features a 5/16" thick piece of rubber that is adhered to the surface, ensuring no metal-to-metal contact and providing effective grip so the blocks aren't sliding around as weights are adjusted.
