Belt Driven, Single-Speed

The Milo's low-maintenance, single-speed drive train is composed of a high-performance CDX belt and sprockets. Designed for long-distance urban commuting or off-road cycling, the CDX Belt features a weather-resistant polyurethane exterior and stretch-free carbon fiber tensile cords. The accompanying 6061 aluminum front and rear sprockets are designed for long mileage, with off-road durability and long-term rust resistance. Modern belt drives consistently outlast chains by 3:1 or more, and in combination with the Milo’s no-frills design, this means more time riding and less time in the shop for repairs.

Durable Matte Black Finish

The Chromoly frame is completed with a durable matte black powdercoat finish. This provides corrosion resistance in combination with a superior, smooth matte finish. Once finished, the head tube receives a Rogue Deuce logo badge. The Rogue Deuce has been a Rogue icon and part of the Rogue story since day one and still sits proudly on display in front of Rogue HQ to this day.

Chromoly Steel Frame & Fork

The Milo frame is constructed from Chromoly, or chrome molybdenum, known for its superior corrosion resistance, shock absorption, and responsiveness. Due to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, Chromoly is widely used in industries where speed and performance are paramount. This U.S.-made Chromoly steel frame offers a responsive flex, creating a smooth and superior ride.

Front & Rear Disc Brakes

Cable-actuated front and rear disc brakes are paired with 160mm stainless steel rotors for smooth and reliable stopping power, whether on a busy city street or an off-road adventure. Cable-actuated brakes are optimized for easy maintenance and adjustments without sacrificing all-terrain, stop-on-a-dime performance.

Wheels & Tires

The wheels of the Milo are assembled in-house using the Astral Outback alloy rim. The Outback is designed for long-distance rides on dirt or pavement and uses an asymmetric rim design that improves spoke tension balance by up to 30%. The hand built wheel is then paired with Maxxis Hookworm 29” high-volume tires. The bead-to-bead tread on this urban tire ensures durability, traction, and balance for on and off-road cycling.

The Milo was designed by Aaron Stinner, owner and founder of Stinner Frameworks in Santa Barbara, California. Since 2010, Aaron has built a reputation for manufacturing top-tier steel and titanium bicycle frames by hand. As a master fabricator with meticulous attention to detail and an innate talent for innovative design, Aaron and his team are dedicated to crafting best-in-class bikes that inspire and empower riders to explore new horizons.

Rogue Quality Ride
The bike arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was relatively easy to assemble (all necessary tools included). I only received it a week ago and rode it less than 5 times, but I love the look and it rides very smoothly. The single-speed belt-drive system is impressive so far.

So good!
I’m so glad I got one before Rogue stops production. The Milo is a $1500 bike for sure! It’s is well built and has great components to match the original cost. It’s by far the best fitness bike I’ve owned. The belt drive is so quiet and smooth. No surprise with the quality and detail of the Milo. It definitely has that Rogue touch!

The Rogue Milo Bicycle
The Rogue Milo bicycle is a great functional bicycle that reliably gets you from place to place in a stylish designed bike. The belt drive is next level in quietness, and simplicity. The Single speed brings me back to my childhood, it’s a great way to get a workout as you get around.

500 Bucks ... Why not!
The Milo by Rogue is a fun bike! It is totally that greatest bike every created when you were a child ... the StingRay! Sure it looks noting like it but this bike brought me right back to San Francisco and riding around Kezar Stadium! I didn't care if there was a football game going on in there, I was on my bike with the wind in my hair and a big smile. This bike will do anything with the exception of steep hills ... hills suck anyway! The bike is so easy to put to gether and they give you nice tools to work with. I am going to put lighter tires on it, cyclocross handlebars and I put a lighter seat-post with a Brooks saddle. After a few rides I have decided to purchase a Redshift seat-post for this bike and I may get crazy and put a Redshift stem on as well. This combination will take out all the annoying bumps in my area. If you ride on totally smooth surfaces all of the time then it is not necessary. The feel of this bike is very smooth and if you get different tires it can get even more smooth. The decals are terrible for a finely crafted bike. I can tell the difference from a "cheap bike feel" and this bikes great feel, the chromemoly is well placed and gives a real quality ride. After awhile I forget that I am not on one of my other 15 bikes and that it is a single speed ... well until I need an easier gear. For myself and the area I live in, this bike is the quick choice to get to my neighbors or ride around our lake for a quick workout and any further than that I will be using a different bike. With that said, I looked into adding an e-bike motor and this bike allows you to put on any of the E-systems that I choose, so that is good to know. Also the bike is a blank slate for your bike shop to add an E-motor system making it cheaper for you to convert.

Great except for…
Bought this bike a month ago and am mostly pleased with it. I also had a major issue with the seat post and also had to take it into a bike shop because I couldn’t get it out. The bike techs were excited to see Rogue had a bike but actually had to CUT the seat post to make it fit again for my size. So even though I’ve had this thing for a month I haven’t been able to enjoy it until this last week. That said, I love it.

Thank you for sharing this! We're glad to hear you are enjoying the bike now, but are very sorry there was an issue with your seat post. That shouldn’t be part of the experience, and we’d like to learn more about what happened so we can look into it further. We have reached out via email.

Read This Before You Buy
The bike itself probably deserves 3 or 4 stars but my experience has been so horrendous that I can’t give it anything above 1 star. Let’s start by saying, like most of you, I’ve spent thousands at rogue. Had a missing part once but have never had an issue with putting anything together. Even put together a Tru Grit bike with instructions pretty much in Chinese. I’m not a bike mechanic but I can get stuff together. Here’s my list of issues: Missing parts for belt guard. Rogue sent me replacement parts, but not all the parts I need. A lot of wasted time and effort here. Going to have to wait for more parts. Needed a sledge hammer to get the seat down. See other reviews for welding/frame issues. Rogue recommends “grease.” Some of these bikes have issues with seat install. More wasted time and effort. Left brake screw missing. Wheels don’t line up perfectly. Brake rubs against disc no matter how much I fiddle with it. Reflector comes with shims that don’t match instructions. Needed to take shims out. More wasted time. Speaking of instructions, these are terrible. Might as well throw them away and figure it out on your own. I’ve embarrassingly spent over 2 hours attempting to assemble something that should take 30 minutes with good instructions and parts. I would return the bike but my wife threw away the box so I’m stuck trying to figure this out. Everyone says this is a great price. It probably is. Ask yourself whether or not it’s worth the thousand curse words you will utter when you’re trying to put it together. This is not a product worthy of the Rogue name.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry for the issues you encountered during assembly, and understand that missing parts and unclear instructions create a frustrating situation in your case. Our team will continue to work to get your bike fully functioning.

Buyer Beware!
I been a Rogue customer for awhile now ordering many of their products for my garage gym. But this is probably one of their products that does not meet their quality standards for Rogue. Pros: -Bike is pretty solid and really like the design of it. -Material is really nice and looks like it is pretty sturdy. Cons: -Stickers on the bike seem like they won’t last and they already started to peel off. -The small plastic holding the chain guard has already broke off. Seems like it was made out of cheap plastic. - The Welds in the bike are not great. While trying to install the seat on the seat post, the welds are not smooth and the seat got stuck. Tried taking it out and was not able to. Actually ended up hurting my shoulder trying to take it out as it would not come off the whole were the seat is supposed to go up and down. Contacted Rogue about this issue and all I got was a response to put some grease on it and push on it up or down. Didn’t want to do this anymore especially with an injured shoulder already from trying to take it out. So I took it to a bike shop and see if they could remove it for me. It took 3 guys to eventually remove this seat from the seat post and once they removed it, you could see the welds were not smooth and kept getting the seat stuck. Eventually I had to buy a whole new seat and pay an additional $126 to get a new seat and get it extracted from the seat post it was stuck on. Definitely not an enjoyable experience with this product or the customer service team. I expect more from Rogue especially after all the other products I bought from them have had no issues. But this bike is definitely not one their greatest product. So beware if the welds are not smooth especially were you insert the seat post in. This will definitely cause issues in lowering and raising the seat.
