There are many different classes of exercises. Each class serves a certain purpose in improving the body. There are exercises that produce speed more than strength and development. There are other exercises that give great endurance, but little speed, strength and development. While another class increases the strength, but hardly any development, speed or endurance. There are exercises that will develop the muscles enormously, but fail to increase the strength a great deal.
