The best way to receive results in a prolapsed stomach condition is for you to spread a quilt or rug upon the floor, lie prone on it, then flex the knees so as to thoroughly relax the abdomen. Then at the lowest part of the abdomen grasp as much of the muscle as you can firmly hold in your hands; exert strong rotary pressure so as to roll the tissues deeply, always forcing the abdominal organs in an upward position.
