Some occupations require considerable use of the forearms and ofttimes working men have them well developed. In fact,
blacksmiths, carpenters, longshoremen and men in similar occupations, without any selection or thought in the matter, usually attain far better forearms than those of the most enthusiastic advocates of light exercise.
