Your condition is probably due to lack of exercise, just as you think it is. Begin with waist and abdominal movements, some of which appear in this issue. After you have clone these for a few weeks add to them clipping for the upper arms and shoulders, and squatting for the thighs and calves. The only way to build more energy is to produce good reel blood. Drink all the water you can. Eat green vegetables and fruits and cut out white bread entirely. Be sure that your diet consists of enough laxative food to keep your system well cleaned out.
