Is There Help for the Paralysis Victim? – Strength Magazine – April, 1925

How often has your attention been called to some pathetic, crippled fellow man or woman as you walked along the street ? Some of them you notice, many more you pass by without a thought. Some of them are well .dressed, apparently happy despite the defonnity that handicaps them as they go through life. Perhaps many of those who read this article are crippled in one part of the body or another or have a crippled member of the family. Probably because of my profession and certain lines of specializing it is my lot to note many such cases that the person in other walks of life does not.
