Young Cantor has trained in a very sensible way. He has been content to follow out the schedule of progressive exercise without attempting to force his development. His
muscles have not nearly reached their limit, but even now are of unusual size and fine quality. Like all others who have practiced Progressive Dumbbell Exercise, he has gained surprising mind-control over his muscles, and has marked development of the upper back and shoulders, with a corresponding flexibility of the chest walls.
