If we consistently, Inconsistent women would spend as much time and thought and energy in the natural care of our skin as we do in bedecking ourselves fashionably to represent a type, we could spare ourselves a lot of needless worry and expense, as far as cosmetics are concerned. Oh, cosmetics are all right in their place when used in moderation, and a hygienic life is led to a certain extent; but to the girls who have little or no idea of the function of the internal organs with their importance in maintaining good health, a word or two would appear to be in order.
