The Lure of the Woods – Strength Magazine – December, 1921

Recently I read an enlightened article in one of our leading out-of-door magazines telling how to keep in perfect physical condition. In it the claim was literally put forth that only one
thing was necessary and that was to revert completely and absolutely to a primeval state, to live in the great out-of-doors, to sleep early and rise early, to eat regularly of the foods that kind old Nature provides so amply and cease worrying about the troubles of this work-a-day world.
