The Man Who Came Back – Strength Magazine – June, 1925

Perhaps the title that I have given to this story of my experience is not exactly fitting, because I was never really lost- I was only lost to the extent that I never could make any headway at the plant where I had been employed for over twelve years. During this time, I saw many men leave my department. Some were promoted to higher places in our organization and some took more .responsible positions with other firms. In every instance, their income was substantially increased-and, of course, I wanted to increase my income if for no other reason than to give Edna, my dear little wife, the funds she needed to run our home on.
