As a means of developing and strengthening the biceps of the upper arm, the Two Arm Curl is recognized as a standard. In point of use, curling in one form or another, single or double handed, with either light or heavy means of resistance, is undoubtedly the most popular among all developing exercises. The serious minded physical culturist realizes the necessity of using considerable resistance, if results are to be expected. He is quite certain to employ the Two Arm Curl with a bar bell of moderate weight to exercise his arms.
