What Has Become of the Bent Press? – Strength Magazine – August, 1927

In last month’s issue of Strength I stopped with the bell over head, arm straight up and- the body and legs in a squat position. Now I will continue from there and finish the lift. Before I commence, however, I advise those of you who missed last month’s issue (July) to get a copy of it and read the foregoing installment on the bent press otherwise you will not get the full sense of how it is performed.
