HOW IT WORKS
Using Truemed to get reimbursed for eligible Rogue purchases is straightforward. Simply place your order as usual, then follow the link in your confirmation to complete a health survey. If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity that you can use to submit your claim for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Reimbursement timing is determined by your plan administrator.
MAKE YOUR PURCHASE
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout. After your purchase, check your confirmation screen or order confirmation email for a link to the Truemed survey.
COMPLETE HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Complete a private health survey. An independent licensed practitioner will review your answers to determine eligibility. If approved, you will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). The survey must be taken on the same day as your purchase.
SUBMIT FOR HSA/FSA REIMBURSEMENT
