FLEXIBLE LAT PULLDOWN BAR

The grip-friendly TB Lat Bar utilizes the same composite materials and patented, oscillating flex design as the Tsunami Bar, and is recommended for use with loads between 150LB and 300LB.

The 54” Lat Bar’s built-in flex—combined with the fixed weight load—requires the athlete to recruit more muscular activation in order to initiate the pulling motion. A deeper muscular recruitment pattern is also required at the bottom of the pulling motion, as the flex of the bar will allow the elbows to pull deeper past the midline of the torso, creating a fuller contraction of the lats, posterior delt, sub scapular muscles, and rhomboids.
