Excellent Pull Up Option
Great pull up option. Overbuilt per usual with Rogue. Only suggested improvement would be to look at how much footprint this takes up on the rack. I have a RM3 and with this mounted I wouldn't have room to add a Slinger or much else for that matter. Could the mounting holes be moved between the two pull up bars and eliminate the large flanges to the outside? Feel like I given up the ability to add much else to my rack. Otherwise it is awesome.

Pull-ups!
After having 2 torn rotator cuffs, I'm able to do body weight pull-ups again. Love the neutral grip as its everything to keeping my shoulders from being impinged. Its my new favorite assistance work.

So solid
I’ve had the X-43 Multi Grip Crossmember for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it. My workout space is cramped and the Multi Grip Crossmember has been a great addition. I’m 6’1” and the the RML 490C’s chin up bar was adequate but the Multi Grip Crossmember makes hanging exercises a bit easier for my height. The Crossmember’s grips are the same diameter and texture as the power rack’s chin up bar. I didn’t place the Multi Grip Crossmember in the middle of the rack because I noticed that my feet would occasionally hit the RML 490C’s stabilizer bar while doing chin ups. I moved it closer to the chin up bar and just enough out of the way of my ceiling fan. When I did chins before I bought the Multi Grip Crossmember I actually had to turn the ceiling fan off to complete my sets. I must say that the Crossmember fits snuggly into place and it doesn’t shimmy or shake at all. When Rogue designs something you know it will work perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase.

Must have for pull ups.
I only gave it 4 stars because wish it had a wider grip on it. It does work great on pull ups and gives you two neutral grip options to save your elbows. Overall I am very happy with it. Great purchase.

Great pull-up bar
I bought this for neutral grip pull ups due to pain in my elbows with standard pull-ups targeting the lats. I love the flexibility of wide grip or narrow. Since I have 8’ posts I also like that it gives me a little extra height above the rack to allow for more range of motion using the Spud cable system for lat pull downs. A tip if using this with a rack and cable system for lat pull downs, I have an adjustable pull up bar with pin. I attach it to the outside posts and use it to stabilize my legs on heavy lat pull downs. Overall the multi grip pull up bar is great and it adds a lot of functionality to my workouts.

Nice addition to a rig
I'm a big fan of neutral grip pull-ups and generally mixing up pull-up grips. Also, if you're kinda tall, the standard pull-up bar on a monster lite rig is short. I highly recommend this addition to a rig for both reasons. Solidly overbuilt quality.

Great Addition
I bought this as an addition to my RML-690C rack to give me some variety. Easy to install, sturdy as all Rogue equipment is, and is a perfect fit. If your looking to add a bar for pull ups, this will give you plenty of hand grip options.
