Great quality
3.2mm steel is fine. With my height 190cm; Y-2 was the better choice for me. Can do many exercises on this Yoke, squats, bench press, walks, calves, pull-ups. The thick cross tube lies good on the neck.

Swiss Army Knife of Gym Equipment
I wanted something for the garage gym that could do most anything and not take up to much room and this was it. Squat, Bench, Mil Press whatever needs doing this thing can do. Only issue I have is one of my J-Cups is a bit tight. I can adjust the J-Cup with a hard hit of the palm but the girlfriend uses a rubber mallet. Have yet to use it for Yoke carries lol.

Beat expectations
This thing is awsome. I use it at an outdoor strongman gym and its holding up well to the beatings of workouts and the weather. Its also great for barbell workouts and pullups. Only issue is that it could be easier to move the cross bar but its not a big deal.

Solid Sturdy Piece of Equipment
I purchased this ca 2014 and have used it regularly. Assembly was easy Im a large 5’9 female and put it together myself.
After 6 years of use or so there is minimal paint shedding, and rusting. I cant chalk this up to quality as I had a hand in beating it up some days. My only issue with it is moving the cross member. Its a pain if you do it alone. This piece is very versatile, bench, squat, pull, carry you can do it all with this unit and still fits in a standard size garage. Well worth the price I paid for it.
