What is HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness race that combines functional strength movements with endurance challenges. Training for HYROX requires the right equipment to ensure you’re prepared for the race’s unique demands. What is the HYROX Workout?

HYROX races follow a standard format featuring eight workouts interspersed with 1 kilometer runs. The workouts include rowing, sled pushing and pulling, burpee broad jumps, farmers carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Each workout is designed to test different aspects of your fitness, from cardiovascular endurance to muscular strength and agility. Treadmills: While not mandatory for HYROX races, a treadmill is an excellent training tool for year-round running and training for HYROX.
