Mobility Stick Cradle

Designed for use with either the Knurled or Slick 16” Mobility Stick, this 2.75" tall cradle elevates and secures the massaging roller in a fixed position—creating better leverage for the athlete. The unit is available in a range of colors, and features a laser-cut, 11-gauge steel base with four rubber grommets for optimal stability and floor protection. It’s one cradle designed specifically not to rock.

For set up, simply place an existing 16” Mobility Stick in the cradle’s UHMW plastic grooves, then roll away. By having the mobility stick suspended and raised off the floor, it makes precision work easier and offers a better angle for targeting the hips and some of the larger muscle groups. Stick owners have been asking for an accessory like this, and we heard you.

The Mobility Stick Cradle is currently available in Satin Black, Bright Blue, and Rogue Red. The base includes both the Rogue and MobilityWOD logos laser-cut into the metal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase for mobility ever I've had the stick for over a year and it's been great, but i just got the cradle too and it's the best mobility tool I've purchased. As good as a barbell but the cradle doesnt move allowing you to target areas more precisely. I use this more than my foam roller (which I also love)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cold but good Great for legs, little small for other things. Probably the best thing for my calves ever, but a little to shallw to stick another roller in it. The short barbell is very handy but the cradle wasn't quite worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fountain of Youth Rolling out/SMR is the closest thing I’ve found to a ‘fountain of youth’ and this is the best tool I have found for SMR. Admittedly I have not invested a lot of $$$ in other devices (my previous go-to was a 36” section of 4 inch PVC with a bit of duct tape on it and a dimple batting cage softball) but I have been rolling out since December 2009 and this cradle thing is amazing! Arch, heel, Achilles, calf, hammies, glutes, QL, upper back, triceps, biceps, forearm and of course the quads and hip flexors. I’ve only had it out of the box for 20 minutes and it’s already worth the $90 that I was initially reluctant to pay. i haven’t even really messed with the ‘stick’ without the cradle yet but that’s just icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mobility device ever. Mobility cradle + knurled stick. This is probably the best mobility device ever. You can hit pretty much any place on the body with the brute force you need to final get some relief. I'm particular fond of using it for calves, hip/TFL/quads, shoulder/pec interface, as we as the QL. I'm not sure if this is a redesign, but to respond to many of the comments about the knurled bar not spinning well in the cradle, I think it spins the perfect amount actually. There's a tiny bit of resistance needed to spin it, but it's the perfect amount that complements the knurling and really digs into those tissues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hurts So Good There are a few reviews here and on for the Mobility Stick that claim they are incompatible. I wanted to leave an updated review as Rogue seems to have rectified this oversight; they work together very well. The cradle is awesome and the rubber feet make it super-stable. I've had luck with using it on tile floors and even my coffee table (for my arms) with no slippage. The bar ends are also free of any knurling so it snaps securely into the cradle and spins freely. The Mobility Stick alone is awesome, too. The weight is perfect. My only real complaint is that I didn't order a smooth stick in addition to the knurled stick. Maybe a sweet package deal will be available in the future with both sticks and a cradle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than average, but not what I expected Truthfully, I wasn’t sure what I was hoping for here. The mobility stick is fine, and did what I wanted. It was portable and I could use it in the office or the train. I was hoping the stick with cradle would be better for the thighs, inner and outer, including hams, and groin. It’s okay, but because I had the 80 and 120mm supernova already, it didn’t help much, if at all. I find that the supernovas depending on the area of interest is enough to hit the tight spots. The other thing is that I can’t really use the stick and cradle for the back and the lats. I would have purchased the battle star instead if portability were not a requirement. I still use the stick with the cradle, but I don’t really need to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well enough, gets the job done A more rugged version, compared to the Battlestar. I like the weight of the mobility stick, as it makes rolling the tight muscles easier with some tactile response.
