Mobility Stick Cradle

Designed for use with either the Knurled or Slick 16” Mobility Stick, this 2.75" tall cradle elevates and secures the massaging roller in a fixed position—creating better leverage for the athlete. The unit is available in a range of colors, and features a laser-cut, 11-gauge steel base with four rubber grommets for optimal stability and floor protection. It’s one cradle designed specifically not to rock.

For set up, simply place an existing 16” Mobility Stick in the cradle’s UHMW plastic grooves, then roll away. By having the mobility stick suspended and raised off the floor, it makes precision work easier and offers a better angle for targeting the hips and some of the larger muscle groups. Stick owners have been asking for an accessory like this, and we heard you.

The Mobility Stick Cradle is currently available in Satin Black, Bright Blue, and Rogue Red. The base includes both the Rogue and MobilityWOD logos laser-cut into the metal.

Excellent addition to gear for rolling/mobility
Another first-class product from Rogue. The cradle/stick combo is the best solution for calf maintenance that I've found, and I've been through several products. It's more convenient than kettlebell horns or a barbell (which, are better than any of the other calf solutions I've tried) and has the added bonus of versatility. I've had the mobility stick for years - before it was available through Rogue - and use it regularly on quads, pecks and feet. The cradle is a great addition and gives me a chance to smash, smear, and generally un-gunk calves and forearms much more effectively. If you can take the pain (which I can on some days and can't on others) it does wonders for lats too. Another added bonus: I can keep it in the living room as opposed to a barbell or kettlebell which, y'know... don't go over well as living room decor. As with most Rogue items, the build quality is exceptional with grommeted feet and smooth plastic notches to hold the stick. If the foam roller is starting to feel too soft, this is the next step.

Love it, needs to be taller
I have had this for 2 years and used it maybe twice, mostly because in the cradle it's only really useful for calves and maybe bottoms of feet. I threw a few 2x6s under it 2 weeks ago in order to elevate it so that I could use it on my hamstrings, quads, glutes, and even chest. Absolutely love it. Have been using it every day since. If anyone else is going to do the same, you need to make the base wider than the cradle itself so it doesn't tip over. Also, you could use 2x8s to get access to the 4 holes in the corners. I was working with what I had in the shop so I used some fender washers and screws and used the lettering cutout to mount it to the base. It would for sure slide off the base without mounts.

Best yet but needs improvement
This is by far the best cradle and roller combo on the market but the cradle needs to be about 4 inches higher for proper penetration.

Works as expected - Happy with the purchase
I bought this a couple months back and wanted to use it for a bit before reviewing. I'm a former NFL athlete so SMR recovery work via foam rolling, lacrosse balls, etc. have been in my flow for many years. I wanted something a little more "intrusive" and came across this tool. My family and I love it. I had a lingering shoulder issue and this has been huge for rehab and range of motion. Hurts like a B*$ch but in a good way. In hindsight I really only needed the slick pin since we have other graston tools, but we definitely are happy with the purchase. You just have to know what you're doing with it.

Better than a foam roller...
I don’t normally write reviews but this thing feels amazing, way better than a foam roller in my opinion because of the hard metal which gets deep without too much pressure being applied. Also the cradle does not move around when you’re rolling out so it is very stable. This setup is also really versatile due to the fact that you can take the stick out of the cradle and use it for harder to reach spots. Overall money well spent.

Bruh/Sis, be sure to get the cradle!
As a super-fan of IASTM and Kabuki Strength products, I thought maybe getting the 16" stick with the cradle was super unnecessary. Uh... This is my favorite tool for self-IASTM recovery. I have the Kabuki Strength Boomstick and the Rogue 80lb DT Roller (along with the staples: lacrosse balls, and an assortment of foam rollers), but this has immediately been elevated to priority-use for me. If you're thinking about getting the 16" stick at all (smooth/knurled--doesn't matter [get the knurled]), spend the little extra bit to get the cradle; it's incredible for posterior self-IASTM practices.

Best purchase for mobility ever
I've had the stick for over a year and it's been great, but i just got the cradle too and it's the best mobility tool I've purchased. As good as a barbell but the cradle doesnt move allowing you to target areas more precisely. I use this more than my foam roller (which I also love)

Cold but good
Great for legs, little small for other things. Probably the best thing for my calves ever, but a little to shallw to stick another roller in it. The short barbell is very handy but the cradle wasn't quite worth the money.
