RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it—a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3" 11-Gauge Uprights, 2x3" 11-Gauge Bases with Westside hole spacing and 0.625" bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48" x 49" footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30" of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43" Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

ALSO: If you already own a Rogue SML-2 or SML-3 Monster Lite Squat Stand and want to convert it to a Flat Foot Power Rack, we offer an RML-390F Conversion Kit with all of the components and hardware you will need. The conversion kit is only compatible with the SML-2 and SML-3 and provided uprights will only be available at the 90" height.

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Rack for Frequent Deployments! I bought this rack about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. I was torn between the Monster and the Lite, ultimately deciding upon the Lite with its WS hole pattern. What can I say? First thought when unboxing: OVERBUILT (and I love it!) It’s compact, easy to break down in case of an impediment move, and rock solid. Pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and ringwork barely budge it. I will have this rack for years to come, and am crossing my fingers for a mounting option in the future. Thank you, Rogue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built like a tank!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this rack. It’s built like a tank and I fully love that it doesn’t have to be bolted to the floor. If there is anyone thinking about buying this rack, be like Nike and Just Do It. You will be so glad that you did!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I've had several budget racks over the years that served me well enough, but decided to purchase from Rogue after having issues with 2 different online retailers of cheaper racks. My frustration led me to driving down to Rogue and picking up this monster, and I'm glad I did. It's insanely heavy duty. Coming from the budget-rack-world, I couldn't get over how massive this thing was. Everything from the hardware to the j-cups. I got the fat/skinny bar and mounted it horizontally across the top. I notice a lot of people seem to think you have to mount it vertically, which doesn't make sense and I'm not sure why anyone would even think that. I'm 5'11 and can just hang from the bar without my feet touching the ground (I have a couple mm's of clearance). I was able to assemble it myself with a 15/16" wrench and 1/2" drive socket. It's solid and doesn't move when doing pullups or racking the weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RML-390F Rack review I bought this rack in two parts first buying a SML-2 90"monster lite squat stand back February 2018 then the conversion kit in March 2018, and this rack is a dream come true I'm 5ft 9 inches and I can do military/standing barbell shoulder press, squats, full range of motion (feet not touching the floor about 2 inches off floor) pull-ups,flat/incline bench press (not with a rogue brand bench), rack pulls deadlifts, bent over barbell rows with confidence that the safety pins will save me if I fail all of a sudden or on my last rep. I don't think it would tip for the average lifter, great for home use if you can't drill into floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rack I am happy with this rack. I use to be a collegiate athlete and I can assure you that this is similar to what I’m accustomed to. The pull up bar height is what I was looking for and the 49in on the inside of the rack is very roomy. I didn’t not anchor down to concrete. I did add the stabilizer and it does not move. I’m 6’3 250lbs and it stays on all movements. I would definitely recommend. Also, great customer service. I change my mind at the last minute to change my order and they were very polite and adjusting the order.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost 4 years later! I bought this rack in October of 2014. Prior to that I had 3 racks or half-cages over the previous 20 years. None of them come close to the quality of the Rogue. It gets a solid hour of use 4-5 days a week and I have NEVER felt "unsafe." Powder coating has held up exceptionally well. Definitely the best piece of home gym equipment I've ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Purchased this product several weeks ago. Rock solid construction. It took approximately two hours to assemble, and the directions were clear and concise. We have used this device repeatedly and have no issues with the rack swaying or moving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT RACK! DUH IT'S ROGUE! I bought this Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack because I wasn't too sure where I wanted it, garage, basement, office, etc. I wanted the ability to move it around as I introduced new pieces of equipment to my home gym. This Rack is built like a tank! I do not have an issue with it moving whats so ever while working out. I'm a bigger guy, 6'5 250 lbs, and I have plenty of room inside for all my movements. I would definitely recommend this Rack!
