Sturdy and StrongI've had my RML-3 about a year. I love that its profile doesn't take up a lot of space but doesn't give up much functionality. I also love that all the same attachments for the Monster series are available for the Monster Lite series, and they are cheaper! My only gripes with the rig are that it doesn't have a power rack conversion kit and that it doesn't have skid plates available; so you don't have to bolt it to the floor if you done want to. But, that is a small price to pay.
I would recommend getting the SAML- 24 Safety Spotter Arms. They add a whole new dimension to the rig. I would also recommend buying a bunch of large (1.5-2 in) neoprene washers (about .15 cents each) from a hardware store and putting them on your attachments so they don't scrap the powder coating off. I love this rig!

3 years strongThis rack is a total beast, and I seriously doubt my truck would stand a chance against this guy. Sturdy as you can imagine. I would say the only negative is it is fairly narrow inside to minimize footprint, if you are used to LOTS of room there will be an adjustment period, but problem solved if you have bumpers and just use the j-cups outside. Highly recommended.

RML-3 reviewI purchased my RML-3 on Black Friday. Initially I was torn between the R-3 and the RML-3, but chose to go with the monster lite. The price difference was small, and most of the attachments that is be interested in are priced the same as the infinity line. The only exception would be the spotter arms if I wanted to do pin presses down the road. I have it bolted down to my 8x8 platform with three lag acres per foot. It is very sturdy and solid. I really like the hole spacing through the bench, and also the ability to set the j-hooks on either side of the uprights. I'm about 6', and too tall to press overhead within the rack. Not much of an issue though. Very pleased with my purchase. This is a great rack. Great quality.

Absolutely amazing! When I bought this I had absolutely no idea how awesome this was going to be after getting it setup and bolted down. One suggestion is to definitely get the shims with your purchase, especially if you have the rack in your garage. It saves time trying to level it, and you really can't beat the price of the shims anyways. I bought my rack with the safety strap system, pipes/pins, matador, adjustable monolift, and the adjustable bench 2.0. I can't tell you how sturdy and secure this rack and bench combo feels, not to mention it just simply looks awesome. I have worked up to over 500 pounds with a red SS on flat bench with this beast and there is absolutely no rock, sway, or any movement at all. Going heavy on squats and bench is awesome with the monolift and the strap system, I have tested bailing out on them with a significant amount of weight and it held up like a champ and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this rack, bench, and accessories, simply awesome!

everything we hoped forThis rack has a 24" squat depth.. did not realize that until after I ordered it. The description is not clear on that, I figured it out after it had already shipped and I was really nervous that it would feel cramped. I was going from a 30" inside depth.. Now that I've worked out with it I can echo the other reviews and say it is entirely a non-issue. I love it and honestly don't even notice the depth at all. Not at all. A good friend of mine who is a competitive lifter even says he prefers the 24" depth lifting heavy because it feels safer to bail out of a lift.
Also, I drilled 12 holes since there are 12 holes with the rack but then realized they only send 8 anchor bolts with these.. I'll trust the engineers, seems super-solid. The anchors are awesome! They seems way more solid than the 2 piece expanding type I've used before.
Everything about the rack is awesome. No complaints! I would recommend the x-43m pullup bar if you are over 5'9"ish as it adds about 5" to the pullup height and makes it 93" instead of 88". I wish they would put that in the drop down options along with the benches and bars and weights.. I would've given them more money and saved on shipping.
Basically my experiences with Rogue is all the equipment is AWESOME and the website is mediocre and incomplete with the descriptions.. Read all the reviews for more information!
Highly recommend this rack!

Rogue is Well Worth The InvestmentAfter searching and reading many reviews on just about every power rack I could find I took the Rogue plunge and I'm happy I did. The RML-3 has exceeded my expectation. I would rarely consider buying something without being able to try it but in this case I trusted the many positive Rogue reviews and they were spot on. As the pics show I upgraded to the Safety Straps and went with the Mono Lift system and I appreciated the functionality and additional safety they give. Also the Adjustable 2.0 Bench is perfect for a Big and Tall man that gives great back support and very solid while benching. I have my eye on many additional Rogue accessories that I will be adding over time. Without going on to long I just wanted to ad my review to possible help someone researching or on the fence about what they should buy. My recommendation is buy Rogue and you will not regret it.

BUILT LIKE A TANK!!!!I can't say enough good things about this RML-3 or Rogue products period. This will be a candid review so I’ll try not to be bias. This rack is overbuilt like most of Rogue products. I love that fact that Rogue is making here in the U.S. and the American craftsmanship is defiantly apparent. Now, with that said there a couple things for those who are looking to buy this rack or any Rogue power rack/stand: (1) If you do a high volume pull-ups or kipping please do bolt it down because it will rock. Not that hard to go to your local hardware store for some concrete bolts and borrow a hammer drill. (2) For the gym garage user the J-cups will get rusted over the bolts and it just going to happen depending on the humidity or wherever you are. Unless you keep it away from the elements in a enclosed gym. I don’t like to see the rust but I understand things happened and I’m not going to complain about it. (3) No matter how careful you are with this rack the paint will get chipped, especially when you are racking a heavy bar. Yea it’s a bummer but unless you planning on being super carful I’m assuming you’ll only be lifting less than 100# --- in that case go for cheaper option because this is not for you. Expect this rack to get some abuse but nothing too serious. (4) This is more rack than what the average user will need. If you have the deep pockets go for it. This will do everything you need and it has plenty of accessories you can buy. But if you are using it just for squats, bench or press, I suggest to go with a cheaper route. (5) Bottom lines this a great power rack that will outlast and earthquake and it’s the perfect setup for your garage, basement or gym if your pockets can afford it. I give it 5 star rating because it does what is supposed to do and more. The great things about this power rack outweighs (no pun intended) the small bad things.

MONSTER!!!Have had it for 2 months now and I must agree that this thing is a beast. It is built to last a lifetime and then some. I bolted it on concrete using one screw per leg and it is rock steady. It does have some lateral sway if you attach the matador on the sides but its not going anywhere. Attached the matador on the "back " side and its a tank. I was on my way to a sporting good store to buy a half rack that was on sale when an old military buddy told me about Rogue. Looked and researched their racks for almost 2 months because I could not decide which one I wanted. Finally decided on the RML3 based on my limited space (half of my 2 car garage, my 2 year old son rules the other half) and budget. I wanted the rack and a few attachments, as someone else mentioned budget for attachments, you will be glad you did. I bought this with the landmine, matador, set of sandwich J-cups, spotter arms (must have) and the Rogue 2.0 bar and couldn't be happier. This set up is better than anything they have at the gym I was going to, no lie. If you are on the fence go ahead and jump in, you will be glad you did. You probably won't go wrong with any rack if it is a Rogue rack. Sure glad I did!!!
