Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garage gym upgrade Just anchored the RML-3 Rogue Monster Lite R-3 in my garage yesterday. Super easy with a little help from a friend with concrete drill bits and four 3/8 inch anchor bolts from Home Depot. It replaces a great Rogue squat rack I got ten years ago (son will be taking that), Big reason for the upgrade, pull-up bar. My wife who just started going to CrossFit classes in September uses it for static hangs to loosen up her shoulder. It’s also holding the new Rogue women’s bar I bought her for Christmas. Double duty Christmas present and a gift that keeps on giving. The Monster looks great and I know it will last a lifetime. Time for some squats!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rack Rock solid rack. The range of accessories offered by Rogue make it easy to adapt/reconfigure as needed. I don’t miss numbering of the holes, no need. I don’t mind the pin& pipe safeties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from almost perfect garage power rack This is a stout piece of equipment. I'm 6'4" and 280lbs and the rack barely moves when I do weighted dips. The only thing I would recommend is either storing all your weight on the rack or bolt it to the floor. I keep about 500ish pounds of plates on my rack. This will prevent it from tipping over or shifting. I use this as a half rack, and really only bench inside of it. You can squat and bench inside of it, but its a little tight. If you are over 6' I'd recommend the RML-490 or something that is 100" for pullups, or if you want to OHP inside the rack. But for the price you are not going to find anything that's better. (655+plus tax on Black Friday)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, Rugged, Love It Just a fantastic piece of equipment. After a year of daily use, it looks like the day I bought it. More importantly, I feel 100% confident going for big lifts in this thing without a (human) spotter. This is the kind of rack you will never outgrow - a bona fide "buy once, cry once" situation. Some quick tips for the perspective buyer: If you are interested the RML strap safeties, you DON'T have to buy the pin-pipe safeties (typically included with the rack). It doesn't say this anywhere, but just send Rogue a message and they will take care of it. You will only have to pay the difference. Buy some vinyl alphabet stickers and use them to mark the holes. A silver sharpie or a chalk mark will also work. If your safeties (and J-hooks) are not set to the proper height, they cease to be safe. Marking the holes allows for quick, safe, and easy transitions between lifters and exercises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Solid Construction and Quality I love this rack. It's heavy duty, there are great details from the obvious quality all the way down to the 'R' cut-out in on the sides. I don't know why you're reading a review for this rack, because it's obviously awesome quality. I chose this over the bolt-together because I like the welded top. It's wide, but not so wide that I bump the plates when taking the bar out of the J Hooks. All around awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overbuilt and high quality I purchased this to replace a Chinese 2x2 rack that I'd used for the last two years. This 3x3 Monster Lite absolutely eclipses that rack ten times over. And I don't mind replacing my old 2x2 accessories with the new ML ones. Again, build quality is very good. All the welds look very good, powder coat is even and the rack is square. It's very stable. I know that shouldn't surprise me, being that so many have positively reviewed this rack, but actually seeing and handling and then using this rack first hand cannot be described. It's just a beast. Yes, it will cost you more than a knockoff rack, but if you can buy one forever, this just may be it. It'd be cool to see an extension add on section available for plate storage, making it a mini 6 post rack.
