Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0

Made from 2x3" 11-gauge laser-cut steel with a bolt-together construction and full portability, the redesigned Rogue Adjustable Bench offers more options and comfort than the original model, all at a lower price.

The Adjustable Bench 2.0 features (6) incline positions ranging from flat / zero degrees up to approximately 85 degrees. The seat has two adjustment settings, as well, and—unlike just about every other adjustable weight bench on the market—there is virtually no gap between the seat pad and the back pad. This means athletes can program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.

By taking advantage of construction efficiencies, we were able to make a higher quality bench at a lower cost than the original. The new design also still retains all the best features of version 1.0, including rubber feet for stability/floor protection and a set of wheels and a pull handle for easy mobility.

Optional Spotter Deck Add-On: Whether you're ordering a new Adjustable Bench 2.0 or want to upgrade an existing one, Rogue is now offering an optional 0.1875" thick, diamond-tread steel Spotter Deck, which you can mount to the unit using the provided hardware. The deck is finished in our signature black powder coat and measures 23.5" across with 9.75" of width on each side for users to stand. When installed, it has a total depth of 21" and sits 3.75" above the floor. We've also designed the deck with a slight upward incline so spotters can get more leverage when assisting with a lift.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well built, great range of positions! I bought this as a Christmas present and am loving it. There is a great range of positions for both the back rest and seat. It is super sturdy, basically a tank but maneuverable for a 5'0 tall women like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very High Quality & Extremely Durable. I have owned this bench for a few months now, and we have been very pleased with the purchase. It was quite a bit more expensive than other benches, but the quality and durability substantiate the price. Very heavy, very solid, no wobbles. This bench is intended to be used, not a gym ornament.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock Solid This bench is as solid as they come. Be forewarned, it is heavy. Smooth and built like a tank.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does its job This is my first foray into the world of Rogue. After a series of unfortunate events, I ended up buying a monster lite rack. It has taken some getting used to, as the bench is much taller than I’m used to. I also wish you didn’t have to lift it so high to use the wheels to move it. That being said, I’m used to a completely different brand set up through a commercial gym and I’m sure I’ll love it when I’m more than two weeks into a program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Bench I bought this for my husband for Christmas, we are in the process of updating our home gym. He needed a bench he felt stable doing 90lb DB presses, this bench fits the bill. It’s very stable, the padding is excellent, and the gap between seat & bench is nearly none existent. I love that both seat & bench are adjustable, the set inclines are perfect for any exercise I can think of. For those concerned about the weight of the bench; I’m 5 ft, currently 5 & half months pregnant, I still weigh 9 lbs less than the bench, and have absolutely zero issues moving it around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crazy solid This bench was a perfect example of buy quality the first time or you buy it twice. I started searching for a bench for my gym. I'd seen this one, but thought the price was astronomical and ended up going with a $130 bench of a similar architecture. That bench was adequate at best. It was wobbly, too tall for my feet to touch the floor and I didn't trust it doing step ups onto it with even just my 160lb body plus some dumb bells both out of fear that it was so wobbly it would fall over and that it was so weak that it would just break sending me crashing to the floor. I eventually realized that I NEEDED a bench of this quality. The design of the 2 benches may be similar, but this one is clearly $400 better in quality. As other reviews have pointed out - the bench is built like a tank and I have no fear of doing any kind of exercises on it. it is heavy commensurate with that build quality, but not too bad to move once you tilt it up onto the wheels. It also handily comes assembled. In the end, it may seem like a lot to spend on a bench, but don't learn the lesson I did buy trying to buy a cheap bench and regretting it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bench, would love more features for price This bench is solid. It came fully assembled and is a great platform. The lack of a decline position is unfortunate, especially at this price point. Otherwise it would have been 5-stars.
