More Uses, More Benefits

More Uses, More Benefits

As athletes, coaches, and trainers have long since come to understand, a quality foam roller can do far more than just ease a nagging muscle knot. Used during pre-workout, recovery, or just in spare time during the day (any flat surface will do), this type of of deep tissue therapy, or self-myofascial release, can improve flexibility and balance, help eliminate long term muscle pain and adhesions, and reduce the risk of more serious injuries over time. Variation in roller density and size can also be pivotal in getting the best results, which is why many customers elect to equip their gyms with the full line of Rogue HD Rollers.

Two Density Options

Two Density Options

Many athletes find high-density foam to work better in targeting problem areas and providing long-term relief. We currently offer two HD firmness options:
Standard HD Foam Roller = 1.5 LB per cubic foot, All Black in color
Ultra Firm HD Foam Roller = 2.8 LB per cubic foot, Black with Blue Fleck*
*Quantity of blue fleck can vary, and may be more or less than the amount pictured.
IMPORTANT: Because our Ultra Firm Roller is nearly twice the density of the standard 1.5 PCF High-Density Roller, it's a mobility tool we recommend mainly for more experienced users interested in intense, targeted compression.

Two Length Options

We’ve all likely been in the situation of trying to use an undersized roller for a large area like the back or an oversized roller for smaller trigger points. This can do more harm than good in some instances, which is why Rogue Foam Rollers are available in both a wide-spectrum 3-ft design and a more compact 18” form, giving you the leverage and level of control you need to target the muscle groups you want. Plus, both sizes are still lightweight, portable, and easy to store.
Please Note: All roller lengths have a tolerance of +/- 1”.

Nice Texture & Roll
Can’t stand those small rollers. Nice texture and roll on this guy. Nothing beats a good ol’ fashioned basic foam roller.

Terrible
I bought this for my home gym and the first time I ever used it, it exploded into a million tiny foam pieces. Completely cracked. It's a piece of junk. I bought a replacement one from amazon and it was 60% cheaper and 1000000% more durable.

Exploded into a million foam pellets
Owned for a few months. Worked fine until one session i felt it collapse and then thousands of black foam pellets started pouring out of the cracks, right in front of my gym fan lol. Ill be cleaning them out of my gym forever. Recommend buying the more expensive made in USA version
The pellets on the ground in the picture are only a tiny fraction of what came out

Piece of junk!
I have owned this roller for just over a month and rolled on it a handful of times. 1) it’s really noisy to roll on, not sure why, 2) I was rolling my upper back out on my yoga mat and when I got off it had a huge crack in it. Surely this isn’t typical otherwise Rogue wouldn’t put their name on it right? I bought this to replace some crumby Walmart roller but wish I hadn’t thrown that one away! I haven’t had issues with my Rogue High Density roller, but stay away from this one…

Good but I’d get the high density next time
This roller was the same price (if not cheaper) as I was finding others pretty much identical to it online. I figured why not buy one that’s name brand with a logo on it, fyi the Rogue logo is only on one end (other end is blank). I’m able to press my thumb into the roller as it’s like compact styrofoam (my thumb looks blanched in the photo but I’m not pressing too hard). I’d definitely get the high density one next time. Overall it’s just as I expected.

Not durable, broke down within a year
I bought the standard foam roller last July and it didn't hold up. I typically foam roll twice a week, but this just cracked into two pieces down the middle mid foam roll session today. Very unfortunate since everything else I have from Rogue has held up to the test of time without issue. To me, think a cheaper alternative would be just as good.

Broke down within a year
Bought the standard version and worked well, but broke in the middle and started to crumble within a year and I only use it occasionally. Maybe the high strength one is better, but i opted to use a hand held hard roller instead for when I really need to do some rolling. Everything else I’ve purchased from Rogue has been superb and typically higher quality and durability that others, but this foam roller wasn’t any better than other brands.
