Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Plate I bought these for my powerlifting program and couldn’t be happier. I keep them in my gym bag in my truck when not in use and they have yet to show any wear or tear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comparable to York Precision milled plates Recently purchased a set on the black cast iron plates. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. Rogue customer service reports these plates should be "within 2 % of claimed weight." Found this to be true so far, my 8 45'2 weighed (44.5, 45.6, 44.4, 44.4, 45.3, 44.3, 45.9, 45.1). Pretty good for cheap cast iron. Plus I like the black cast iron look with the clang and bang sound.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1.25 lb plates I bought 1.25 lb plates and as a set they weigh 2.5 lbs. Not sure how, but one plate is 3 ounces heavy and one is 3 ounces light. This isn't going to throw me off majorly once I have a few hundred pounds on the bar. Id kinda prefer both plates to be either heavy or light but thats life. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased overall Got four of the 10 pound plates. I don't have a decent scale to weigh items in that range (on the order of 10 lbs.)...anything less than about 25 lbs. and it won't even register that the weight is there and start up. So, I just put the whole stack of four on and the scale displayed 40.2 pounds. Given the nearly identical dimensions of the plates, I think it's a safe assumption that all of them are very nearly spot on at 10 pounds a piece. I do have to echo what some others have said and caution that these things are indeed slick! I was ready for this based on others' reviews and that was a good thing. Only other thing to mention is that they are a tighter fit on the sleeves of my bar than any of the other plates I currently have. My best guess is that this is because of the new coating and that this will wear off a bit over time. Overall, I'm pleased!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Snug Fit Bought these little 1.25 lb. plates a few weeks ago to complete my Olympic set. They're a little snug sliding them on and off the bar, getting jammed up sometimes. Don't know if the problem is with the plates or my bar. My other plates go on without any problems though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality for Cost I bought 3 pairs to start a home gym set up. All came with out damage. Only one plate had a rough edge but the rest were smooth all around and survived the shipping process without damage.
