Rogue Tube Bands are quality-made, conveniently portable, and practical for gym or home use. By selecting the right size band for his or her training goals, any athlete can add a useful, custom resistance element to countless strength and mobility training movements, from rows and presses to bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder raises, etc.

Disappointed
I recently bought a complete set of these tube bands. I just started using them, and unfortunately I am not impressed. The two lightest bands have snapped into pieces, and I did not abuse or misuse them in any way. I no longer trust the remaining bands. I really wanted to love this product - I hoped it would allow me to maintain muscle tone and maybe even build strength while reducing the stress on my aging, arthritic joints. I have lost faith that these tube bands are the answer.

I received these as a Christmas gift and they are perfect! The grips are fat and wide. These bands feel great and should last a long time.

Bad product
I bought this product less than a year ago. While working out today the heavy purple band broke. I used the product correctly and properly maintained it. I tried to reach out to have a new one sent and was told no because it only has a 6 month warranty. Poor product.

High Quality Product
I love my Rogue Fitness Bands. These are high quality bands like those used by many fitness centers and physical therapists. I tried to order these during the Covid lock downs, but they were out of stock, so I ordered a cheaper alternative, and was never happy with them. The Rogue bands are top notch and I'm glad I finally got them.

Meets Expectations
Bands are durable and look like they have the ability to last awhile. Glad to have them as a back up for times I can’t make it to the gym and still want to exercise. Also great to use if you are someone who uses the FitBod app for workouts. As the band colors vs strength level match up.
