Good Jump Rope
Has good durability and is a quick skip rope. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I like ropes that are easier to do tricks on. However, this is the best speed rope I have ever had. I used a weighted handle jump rope before. Heavier pull when skipping so it helps for balance overtime.
