The Bella Bar 2.0 - E-Coat
The Bella Bar 2.0 - E-Coat
Product Description
Designed for versatility, the Bella Bar 2.0 stands out across various strength movements, including bench press, squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, and everything in between.
CRAFTED FOR EXCELLENCE IN COLUMBUS, OH
Like all Rogue Bella Bars, the E-Coat model is fully machined and assembled in Columbus, Ohio. It includes a 190,000 PSI tensile strength steel shaft, dual knurl marks (no center knurl), and bright zinc sleeves. The hybrid knurling pattern offers a firm but comfortable grip, and quality bronze bushings help create the perfect balance for power and Oly lifts.
E-COAT FINISH
A variation of our flagship 15KG Rogue Bella Bar 2.0, our black E-Coat finish provides significant wear protection, just behind that of Cerakote, without sacrificing performance. This electrically applied coating was first popularized in the auto industry for its reliable coverage, adhesion, and corrosion resistance, and it’s gained even wider favor for its environmental benefits, producing little to no HAPS (Hazardous Air Pollutants) or VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
ENHANCED FEATURES
Best In Class Durability: Engineered to withstand the increased demands that functional movements and Olympic lifts place on barbells today through overhead drops. Read more here.
2X Quieter Performance: Refined with even stricter tolerances, precision-machined bronze bushings fit tighter around the shaft, and improved internal sleeve tolerances dampen sound and eliminate unwanted movement, ensuring a smoother and more stable lift.
UNMATCHED REPUTATION
For over a decade, the Rogue 15KG Bella Bar has set the industry standard as the ultimate women’s general purpose barbell. With the latest edition, we've elevated our women’s flagship barbell to new heights, delivering our most dynamic and precision machined Bella Bar to date. The Bella Bar isn't just a symbol of the Rogue brand; it reflects our workplace, identity, and the pride we take in making top-quality weightlifting barbells.

Best In Class Durability
With a F-Scale rating of F6-R, the Bella Bar is among the most durable barbells in its class. By optimizing materials and manufacturing techniques, the Bella Bar has been engineered to withstand the increased demands that CrossFit, Olympic lifting and functional fitness place on barbells today. Low Profile Sleeve Design
Our new low-profile sleeve design makes loading and unloading plates easier than ever. Bright zinc finished sleeves contrast with the black E-Coat shaft, adding both oxidation resistance and a classic look to the bar.
2X QUIETER PERFORMANCE
Using precision machining, we are able to tighten the fit of the sleeve on the shaft which means a smoother spin, a more connected feeling while lifting and significant noise reduction.
How It's Made
Rogue Work Hardening
Our patented, proprietary process more than doubles the durability and lifespan of the barbell shaft compared to our competitors.
State-of-the-art Gauging
We use gauging normally employed in the aerospace industry to ensure that every bar that makes it to a customer is exactly as designed.
Barbell Durability
RUST RESISTANCE
The resistance of a barbell to oxidation depends on the type of steel and the coating. Barbells at the lower end of the spectrum will require more care and maintenance to preserve their appearance than barbells at the upper end of the spectrum.
BARBELL DURABILITY
The F Scale™ is a durability scale for barbells based on functional testing at stresses similar to what barbells experience when being dropped from overhead. Bars that have been treated with Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™) are designated by having an R in their F Rating™. For more information on F Scale™ click here.
F SCALE™ APPLICATION
How a barbell is used will affect its durable lifespan and it's a key factor in determining what type of F Rating™ might be suitable for your gym's needs. This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F6-R, the Bella Bar is rated to last 12 years in a high volume CrossFit gym and will outlast a lifetime of lifting in an Olympic Weightlifting gym, a home gym or a Powerlifting gym.

MULTI-PURPOSE BARBELL
Designed to work well for both Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and everything in between.
F-RATING
Our barbells are tested by a third-party to determine their F-Rating, or fatigue resistance, which is a measured representation of the durability of the barbell.
BARBELL BUSHINGS
Precision bronze bushings provide reliable fast spin while being exceptionally durable when subjected to impact from being dropped.
WHAT IS ROGUE WORK HARDENING?
Rogue Work Hardening (RWH) is our patented process for treating the shafts of our barbells to improve their durability.
BARBELL WEIGHT
15KG is the standard for most Women's Olympic Weightlifting and Women's CrossFit competitions.
BARBELL WHIP
The amount of springback provided by the bar that can be used by the lifter to increase the weight they can lift in dynamic movements.
BARBELL DIAMETER
The 25mm diameter is the standard for most Women's Olympic Weightlifting and Women's CrossFit competitions.
MADE IN THE U.S.A.
Made from US steel, the Rogue Bella Bar is machined and assembled at the Rogue factory in Columbus, OH.
TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 190K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature knurl, designed for multi-purpose use, provides a firm grip without being abrasive. This falls in the middle of the road on the knurl scale, striking a balance without being overly aggressive or passive.

Key Features of the Bella Bar 2.0 - E-Coat:
Rogue Machining and Assembly
Made with pride in Columbus, Ohio, the 15KG, 25MM Bella Bar offers a slightly condensed size from standard men’s bars without sacrificing any of the performance elements. Each 190,000 PSI tensile strength steel shaft is ground and polished prior to machining to ensure a better finish, and the dual knurl marks are carefully refined for a firm but non-abrasive grip. The snap ring design and quality bronze bushings create less axial and radial float of the sleeves (i.e. enhanced stability), significant noise reduction, and a more solid feel throughout the lift.
E-Coat Finish
The black electrocoat, or E-Coat shaft finish on this Bella Bar is an electrically-applied paint coating noted for its excellent corrosion resistance, cost efficiency, and green benefits. It has been widely adopted by leading manufacturers for the finishing of auto parts, metal stampings, fasteners, lawn/garden & agricultural equipment, military equipment, and much more. E-Coat finishes stand up to water, sunlight, and household chemicals, and they are compliant with the environmental safety standards of the RoHS, OSHA and EPA.
