The Darko Longy Bar, an evolution from The Darko Shorty Bar, is designed to maximize the width of your lat pulldowns, seated rows, and landmine rows. The wider 32.4” profile offers more adjustable holes, allowing for a wide range of hand placements. The Darko Longy Bar accommodates our Single Handle Cable Attachments, offering variable grip widths and versatility to your training. By flipping The Darko Longy Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work.

OVERBUILT, AMERICAN-MADE CONSTRUCTION

Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, the Darko Longy Bar is constructed from 3/8” steel for maximum strength. The Darko Longy Bar also features chamfered holes for a smooth feel, a black Acetal barbell liner for added protection, and a sleek black anodized aluminum logo plate. This combination creates a robust and adaptable training tool.
