Like everyone else, muscle builders are confronted with difficulties that seem hard to overcome. Their biggest cry is that, while they do not have much difficulty in developing certain parts of the body, other parts show very little change, or are not as good in proportion to the rest. Usually, it is the certain part of the body they want to develop the most. In the course of a year I have had thousands of body builders write to me, asking for help, which I am always glad to give. The majority of these appeals are from men who find difficulty in getting results from certain muscles. Particularly is this the case with the calf and forearm muscles.
