You will not be able to increase in weight as long as you have a ptosis (fallen abdominal organs). You should wear an abdominal belt which will help lift up the sagging organs, and take exercises which tend to strengthen the abdominal muscles and thereby give you back the normal support for the internal organs. The following is good and should be taken night and morning: Place the knees on a chair or stool and the hands on the floor, breathe deeply, drawing the abdominal contents up into the thorax as much as possible.
