Mr. Robert W. Riggs, of Dayton, Wash., is a sample of what can be accomplished by a man in his thirties. He was 32 years old when he started training and was not in very good health. He has been using a bell for about two years, devoting himself almost entirely to exercises, although occasionally he makes some really big lifts just for the pleasure of using his muscles.
